If your kids are already naturally interested they are learning on TikTok & YouTube from information geared at keeping them on the site by praying on their insecurity not necessarily teaching them where to begin safely. Let our professional coaches work with them on their form in real life to get them started properly.
Our 6 week program program will jump start your teens confidence and understanding getting them hooked on the gym as a fun and safe environment when you learn good form, and all of the lifestyle guidelines to carry those habits forward for a lifetime of success!
